Tuvalu 26-36 A&P Initiative

What is happening to Tuvalu is not sudden, and it is not mysterious. It is measurable. Sea levels are rising, freshwater systems are becoming unstable, and the physical footprint of the nation is shrinking year by year. The Tuvalu 26-36 Adaptation & Preservation Initiative is proposed as a structured response to these facts. Its purpose is not to reverse global systems, nor to rely on uncertain future mitigation, but to extend the viability of an existing nation through direct, applied intervention.
